Abstract
We are reporting a rare case of diffuse type giant cell tumour of the right ankle, which presented with gradually increasing soft tissue swelling of the ankle. Radiograph showed soft tissue swelling of the ankle without any bone involvement. MRI confirmed the presence of soft tissue signal intensity mass along the tendons.
