Abstract

Majority of basal cell carcinomas (BCCs) occur on sun-exposed areas. BCCs arising on the lower extremities and ones over 5 cm in size are called Giant BCC and are exceedingly rare. We report a very rare case of a Giant, Pigmented BCC presenting on thigh.
