Abstract
We are reporting a case of isolated lumbar spinal hydatid cyst with erosion of vertebral corpus and compressive radiculopathy. Ultrasonography of the abdomen and Computed Tomography (CT) of the lumbar spine suggested the evidence of spinal hydatid cyst.
