Abstract

Aneurysmal Bone Cyst (ABC) is a rare, benign cystic lesion of bone. Though ABC affects all age groups, it is more commonly encountered during the first two decades of life without any sex predilection. We present a 17-years old adolescent boy with aneurysmal bone cyst of proximal left femur with a pathological fracture. After curettage and fibular strut grafting, femur was stabilized with Dynamic Hip Screw (DHS). It resulted in healing of the fracture without any complications. Keywords: Aneurysmal Bone Cyst, Proximal Femur, Dynamic H
