Abstract

Abdominal lymphangiomas are rare clinical entity. The report discusses the clinical presentation and diagnosis of Gastric lymphangioma in a 30-years old female patient who initially presented with heart burn, vomiting and a palpable epigastric mass. On exploratory laparotomy, a sub-mucosal mass arising from posterior wall of stomach was dissected out. Histopathology examination of the mass confirmed the diagnosis of gastric lymphangioma
