Abstract
Three cases of diffuse lip swelling presented for the cosmetic and functional reason. In two cases there was associated gum and cheek swelling.. In all three cases biopsy showed histological evidence of non-caseating epithelioid granulomas, and coalescing aggregates of epithelioid histiocyte/lymphoid cells.Small dose of intralesional steroid resulted in near complete regression with no recurrence with 1 year follow-up
