Abstract

Double neural tube defect is a rare congenital malformation, and as the name suggests is characterized by abnormal closure in two different regions of the neural tube along the course of development of the human nervous system. Acase illustration and current literature on multisite closure of neural tube is discussed. The case of a term baby girl with frontal encephalocele and thoracolumbar meningomyelocele is reported
