Necrotizing fasciitis is a life threatening bacterial infection which causes rapid necrosis of the skin and sub-cutaneous tissue in the fascial plane. Necrotizing fasciitis affecting breast is quiet rare. It requires high degree of suspicion and aggressive debridement for a better outcome
