Abstract

We report a 30-year-old patient with penile leiomyosarcoma. A review of the literature indicates that this lesion, which is similar histologically and immunohistochemically to cutaneous leiomyosarcoma and has low-grade of malignancy. The incidence and morphology of this tumor is discussed
