Abstract
Russell Silver Syndrome is a disorder characterized by intrauterine and/or postnatal growth restriction and typical facies. However, the clinical picture is extremely diverse due to numerous diagnostic features reflecting a heterogeneous genetic disorder. The mode of inheritance is variable with sporadic cases also being described. We report a case of 7 months old child who presented with the typical features of Russell Silver Syndrome. It also addresses the various aspects of management of a case of RSS
