Abstract
Primary lymphoma of thyroid is one of the very rare entities accounting to less than 2 % of thyroid malignancies. We present a case of primary Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma of thyroid with Lymphocytic thyroiditis in a 55 year old woman. The patient presented with a rapidly growing diffuse nodular mass in the thyroid. The histological features were consistent with large cell Non- Hodgkin's Lymphoma of the thyroid with associated thyroiditis.
