Abstract

Lymphangiomas have been reported in various sites in literature. We present a rare case of ovarian lymphangioma detected incidentally in a 47 – years old post – menopausal woman. She underwent total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oopharectomy for menorrhagia and a coexistent benign cystic teratoma of the contralateral ovary
