Abstract

Uterine lipoleiomyoma is a rare benign tumor with incidence of 0.03% to 0.2%. We report a 46-year-old female patient with uterine lipoleiomyoma. She underwent total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-ooporectomy for menorrhagia. The histogenesis, morphology and immunohistochemistry of this lesion are discussed.
