Abstract

We are reporting a case of ruptured Baker's cyst in the right knee in an elderly patient who presented with pain and swelling in the right leg since three days. Radiograph of the right knee showed osteo-arthritic changes with a soft tissue swelling. Sonological evaluation revealed a collapsed cystic lesion in the posteromedial aspect of the knee with fluid tracking into the intermuscular planes of calf
